If there’s one horse that has turned the corner in the past month in Victorian racing then that surely has to go to the hugely improved Gwenneth who was back in the winners stall at Mornington this afternoon.

After a $101 winner at Seymour three starts ago, Gwenneth has just kept improving by running third at Moonee Valley on a Friday night and then beating the older girls this afternoon after jumping straight to the front and showing catch me if you can like tactics scoring in great fashion.

MBH Racing is finishing the year off on a high with Gwenneth being the seventh winner in the past six weeks for the stable with more opportunities of further winners over the coming days.

Jockey Dean Holland is also on fire with the stable scoring on three of those seven and is building a great relationship with the speedy Gwenneth.

What a great band of owners we have in the filly headed by our great mate Steph Grentall  who would have been bringing the house down in South Africa this afternoon with mother Lyn in toe enjoying her time abroad.

The leopard print colours are certainly becoming quite famous now and a few of the ladies were matching Dean in good style at the track and cheered her home as only we know they can!!!

Congratulations once again to Mitch Beer and Max Hinton who are having a fantastic run at the moment and have eluded that Gwenneth may head to Flemington on New Years Day for an 1100m race but will just see how she pulls up over the next couple of days.

Plenty of Xmas cheer for everyone at the moment!!!!
