What a fantastic day for Mitch Beer Racing this afternoon at Canterbury with Gwenneth taking out the 1100m sprint and Dreams Of Paris running a game second in the mares 1550m.

Gwenneth is certainly in rare form at the moment wining her past two starts and has just thrived since the blinkers went on and being transferred to the Albury stable.

At the healthy odds of $31, Gwenneth led from start to finish under the guidance of in form hoop Kayla Nisbet and was easily holding her rivals on the line to score a conniving win.

Mitch Beer took a real punt by taking two horses to Canterbury on a Wednesday mixing it with the likes of Chris Waller and Gai Waterhouse and came out on top by winning with Gwenneth and Dreams Of Paris, oh so brave in the previous race.

The band of girls were of course on track and plenty of tears and cheers were all round to celebrate the victory.

Gwenneth will most likely now head to Randwick on the 18th August for a BM78 1100m race.

What a fantastic ending for the season for Mitch Beer Racing, now having won 20 races for the season and so looking forward to 2018/2019 with Glee!!!
